Cohort 0 · January 2027
You're not done yet.
Neither are we.
What the hell
is B.E.E.?
If you're planning on being around for a while, you may as well do something interesting with those years.
Three phases.
One epic experiment.
Phase I: Explore
Roughly 4-6 weeks
What have you been putting off? What are you tired of tolerating? What would you love to have more of? We'll get curious, question a few "that's just how life is" assumptions, and start making real changes - in your relationships, your habits, and how you spend your days. Expect honest conversations, surprising discoveries, and plenty of laughing.
Phase II: Create / Act
Roughly 6-8 weeks
Start bringing your ideas to life. Make the bold move, try something you've always wanted to do, or change something you've outgrown. With your cohort and your BEEkeeper alongside you, take real steps toward a life you're excited to wake up to.
Phase III: Continue
Optional - taking shape together
After the three-month container, you may want to keep the momentum, the connections, and the adventures going. We're creating that next phase together, with our first cohort helping shape what comes next.
What you can expect from us.
- A weekly cohort call - 60 to 90 minutes.
- A weekly one-on-one conversation with your BEEkeeper.
- Text support with your BEEkeeper between calls.
- Questions, tools and experiments to help you make real changes.
- Optional specialized support from qualified team members, depending on what you need and want.
- Honesty, curiosity and a fair amount of nonsense.
What we expect from you.
- Show up for the weekly calls and your BEEkeeper conversations.
- Make space for around an hour a day, on average, to explore, experiment and shake things up.
- Bring some curiosity and a willingness to give things a go - even before you're sure.
- Tell us what's working and what isn't. As our first cohort, you're helping shape BEE.
- Show up for your cohort crew. They'll be showing up for you.

What might become possible?
- Knowing what you want - and actually going for it.
- Bringing a long-shelved dream back into play.
- Friendships with people you can be fully yourself around.
- More days you look forward to. Fewer you just get through.
- Finally having that conversation - and seeing what opens up.
- Moving your body because there's more you want to do with it.
- Doing something you'll still be telling stories about years from now.
- Laughing so hard you forget what you were worried about.
We're here to create J.E.M. lives - Joyful, Epic and Magical. What that looks like is yours to discover. Let's find out just how good life can get.
Who the hell are these people?

Anurag
BEEkeeper / Chief Goof- works alongside the BEEkeepersAfter being found as an infant by wild shrimp he was raised as one of their own until they realized it was time for him to rejoin humanity. Preparing him as best they could, they sent him on his way with a $20 Starbucks prepaid card, a 5 pound bag of algae and a lifetime subscription to Oprah magazine. Unfortunately his transition to civilization has not gone entirely as planned.

Christine
BEEkeeper- verified BEEkeeper, helps tend the HiveChristine spent 30 years in Hollywood as a celebrity trainer and coach before trading the conventional version of success for a much stranger, freer life. Wildly creative, deeply intuitive and irreverently curious - with a sense of humor that tends to show up whether it's

James
BEEkeeper- verified BEEkeeper, helps tend the HiveFor as long as I can remember, I've wanted to be great at something. The funny thing is, I never really knew what that something was. If you're like me and you grew up in the hood, it was basketball for at least a small stretch. What can I say, I grew up watching Michael Jordan. So, I spent a good part of my life trying to figure it out.

Sadaf
BEEkeeper- verified BEEkeeper, helps tend the HiveSadaf spent a lot of life becoming very good at planning, performing and getting things right. These days she's more interested in courage, adventure and the next honest step. She brings a big heart, serious curiosity and a growing willingness to explore before every answer is known - preferably with her dog Spike somewhere nearby.

Lisa
BEEkeeper- verified BEEkeeper, helps tend the HiveI'm a lover of life in all its colors - people, nature, adventure, freedom, laughter, and a healthy dose of magic. I'm endlessly curious about people and the world around me, and have spent much of my life exploring possibilities, questioning convention, and figuring out how to do things a little differently. I've never been particularly good at fitting into a mold.

Brooke
BEEkeeper- verified BEEkeeper, helps tend the HiveI'm a lifelong empath and seeker of truth. I have a formal education in public health, spent 10 years as a career farmer, and another 5 years learning and training as a professional carpenter. Most recently, my journey has taken me down a path of intensive personal growth.
The commitment.
No mystery.
- When
- January 2027. The exact start date is still to be confirmed.
- How long
- About three months. The phase lengths are ranges, not a fixed calendar.
- Together
- At least one one-hour cohort call each week.
- One-on-one
- A weekly conversation with your BEEkeeper, plus text contact as needed.
- Your time
- Roughly an hour a day on average, accumulated however suits you.
- Contribution
- A suggested contribution of $700. We want everyone to have some skin in the game. If $700 is a stretch, talk with us about an amount that works for you. If you're able and inspired to give more, your generosity will help build BEE's foundation and bring these possibilities to more people in the future.
- Family
- Partners and family are encouraged to join in roughly once a month. Always optional.
Fair questions
Do I have to pay the $700?
$700 is our suggested contribution. We ask everyone to have some skin in the game, and we'll work with you if that amount is a stretch. We welcome you to contribute more if you have the means and would like to. You'll be helping our first cohort lay the foundation for the people who come next.
What if I can't do an hour every single day?
Some days you'll dive in, others life will get in the way. Aim for roughly an hour a day on average, in whatever rhythm works for you. What matters is making time for the changes you're here to create.
When exactly does it start?
January 2027. We'll confirm the exact date with everyone accepted into the cohort.
Is this therapy or coaching?
Neither, exactly. It's a structured experiment with a group and a team. Some team members are qualified to offer specialised support, and that's optional, private and only ever with your consent.
Can my partner or family be involved?
Yes, and we'd love that - roughly once a month. Entirely optional.
Do I need to have a plan already?
Not at all. Phase I exists precisely because most of us don't.
Does applying mean I'm in?
No. Applying starts a conversation. A BEEkeeper will get in touch before anything is decided.
Ready
to BEE?
The pilot agreement
- I'm curious about what the next chapter of my life could be.
- I'll show up for the weekly cohort call and my BEEkeeper conversations as best I can.
- I'll give it roughly an hour a day on average, in whatever shape works.
- I understand this is a pilot - it will be imperfect, and my honest feedback helps shape it.
- I'll treat the people in my cohort with care, and keep what they share private.
